Position Overview:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
  • Coordinating medication requests with pharmacies and physicians
  • Administering medications as prescribed
  • Adhering to infection control and emergency protocols
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A valid LPN license issued by the State
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Preferred: Two years of prior nursing experience
