Job Overview

Goldfish Swim School is excited to announce an opening for a Front Desk Representative. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and their families. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the growth of our swim school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and manage student check-ins through our digital system.
  • Engage with prospective families to discuss membership options and facilitate student registrations.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff.
  • Assist members with merchandise purchases and vending options.
  • Coordinate student schedules for instructors and organize private events.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints with a professional demeanor and ensure follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support to management, including the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; some college experience is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational abilities.
Work Environment:

Employees may experience heat and humidity while performing their duties. The noise level is typically moderate.
