**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an Assembly Operations Specialist to join our team at Lippert Components. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for assembling components according to product specifications and contributing to the success of our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists;
• Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements;
• Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies;
• Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications and notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources;

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or GED
- Up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to identify that product meets quality and productivity standards
- Ability to use hand tools
- Ability to focus on details to guarantee production of high-quality products
- Ability to read and follow documented procedures and standards
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to assure delivery requirements

$16-$21/hour is the estimated salary range for this position.

The successful candidate must be able to maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to established safety protocols. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

This is a full-time position with expected work hours of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Weekend and overnight work may be necessary. The ideal candidate must be able to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds and have the physical stamina to handle pressure well.
