We are excited to be part of a growing network of cardiologists under Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), striving to provide sophisticated and personalized care to all our patients by utilizing clinical expertise and cutting-edge technology in the cardiovascular field. Our physicians are board certified, and have been trained at the finest institutions and are continually advancing their own skills within the ever-changing field of medicine.
With our local relationships at Advent Health Waterman Hospital and ongoing support from our national support office with CVAUSA, we are very focused on expanding our cardiovascular services throughout Lake County and Central Florida. We are currently looking for a dynamic, patient-centered Advanced Practice Provider to work within our local Tavares clinic and affiliated hospital.

- A warm climate with average temperatures in the low 70s in the winter and high 80s in the summer.
- Full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) position available.
- Location: Tavares clinic directly across the street from our affiliated hospital, Advent Health Waterman Hospital, with local clinics and hospitals providing state-of-the-art equipment and well-trained staff.
- A Monday-Friday schedule with call responsibilities.
- Clinic services include direct patient care, working closely with other APPs and physicians, ordering tests and procedures, overseeing patient prescriptions, and referring cardiologists and specialists as needed.
- Acute services to include assisting with Hospital consults and rounding in coordination with other Cardiologists and APNs, performing documentation and histories, proper test ordering, medication management, stress test supervision, and completing other orders as needed.
- Close collaboration with other APNs and Cardiologists in both clinic and/or hospital settings.
- A base salary and benefits package are offered for this position.
- Experience in cardiovascular care is ideal but not required.
- Board Certification is Required – Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- An active, unencumbered PA or Nurse Practitioner medical license is necessary.
- A hard-working individual who prioritizes patient satisfaction and quality is essential.
- A team-player with a patient-centered approach is desired.
