About the Role

ReAlpha, a pioneering real estate technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Associate General Counsel, Securities & M&A to join its team. As an in-house legal advisor, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's strategic transactions and ensuring compliance with securities law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support on securities law matters, including SEC filings and corporate governance compliance
  • Support mergers and acquisitions transactions through due diligence, transaction structuring, and integration
  • Advise on corporate governance matters, including board processes, shareholder issues, and executive compensation
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory developments in securities law, M&A, and corporate governance

Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in at least one state
  • 2+ years of legal experience with a focus on securities law and M&A
  • Solid foundation in securities laws and SEC reporting requirements
  • Experience supporting M&A transactions, including due diligence and transaction document preparation
