Fitness Director Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill our Fitness Director position. As a Fitness Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fitness and recreational programs for our residents. This position requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as you will work closely with our residents and community fitness team.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement fitness and recreational programs for residents
* Coordinate events and activities related to fitness and recreation
* Supervise members of the community fitness team (if applicable)

Requirements and Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in exercise science, physical education, allied health sciences, or related human services field
* Minimum of five years' experience in senior living personal training or group exercise instruction
* Current accredited certificate from certifying organizations ACE or ACSM and AEA
* CPR and AED certification along with the ability to obtain Lifeguard and Pool Operator certification (if needed)
