Residential Cleaner

Role Summary:
The Housekeeper will be responsible for upholding the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our community, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for residents, visitors, and staff. This includes maintaining cleanliness in common areas and individual living spaces according to established schedules.

Key Qualifications:

1. Preferred experience of at least one year in housekeeping.
2. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
3. A genuine desire to work with older adults, demonstrating a friendly and caring attitude.
4. Must be at least 18 years old and pass a satisfactory background check.
5. Completion of a physical examination by a licensed physician and a negative drug screening is required.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Perform cleaning duties in all common areas, including restrooms, as per the cleaning schedule. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
   1. Vacuuming all carpeted surfaces
   2. Dusting furniture, handrails, and decorative items
   3. Cleaning glass surfaces
   4. Wiping down doors and walls to remove fingerprints and dirt
   5. Vacuuming upholstered furniture as scheduled
   6. Disinfecting common areas and public restrooms
   7. Mopping floors in common areas and bathrooms
   8. Cleaning and sanitizing utility bins according to schedule
   9. Organizing laundry areas and storage spaces as needed
2. Maintain cleanliness in residents' rooms or apartments following the established schedule.
