Salary: $255.00/hour with additional compensation for night call at $350 and 24-hour call at $1900 with 4 gratis hours.

Job Description:

We seek an experienced ENT Specialist to join our team in Concord Physicians Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bread and butter ENT procedures, including ear, larynx, nasal/sinus, and throat operations, as well as pediatric procedures such as ear tubes and tonsillectomies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Board Certification: Required
• State License: MA
• DEA Registration: Required
• CSR Registration: Required
• Certifications: BLS required
• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years preferred; no new grads

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $210,000-$250,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a standard 60-90 day credentialing timeframe and a hospital size of 298 beds. Our EMR system is Expanse and we specialize in bread and butter ENT procedures.
