Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate LensCrafters. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, a strong understanding of optics and eye care, and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include:

* Consistently delivering sales plans and company objectives
* Utilizing optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings
* Assisting patients in selecting frames and coordinating frames with optical measurements
