Foster Care Caseworker Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foster Care Caseworker Supervisor to join our team at FCS, Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct oversight and supervision of casework services to children and families involved with the foster care system and their foster families.
- Coordinate services and communicate effectively with other treatment team members and external individuals and agencies.
- Assist in emergencies or staff shortages and complete regular requirements and schedule.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- LCPC or LCSW preferred.
- Supervisory experience and experience or training preparing an individual to work with families and youth involved with DCFS.
- Strong interpersonal skills and maturity and sensitivity to cultural and individual differences.
- Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to work within a treatment team.
- Ability to handle job-related matters in a professional, diplomatic, and confidential manner.
- Thorough knowledge of community resources and services and effective supervisory skills.
- Ability to organize and execute responsibilities in an independent manner and physically transport self and clients to various locations.
