Culinary Expert

Job Overview: Buffalo Wild Wings - Wellington Road is seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team in Gainesville, VA. This position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time schedules.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares food items according to the menu, recipes, and special dietary or nutritional restrictions.
• Determines food and supplies needed to keep the kitchen running and stocked during service.
• Maintains or exceeds standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health.

Requirements:

• Previous cook, line cook, prep cook, sous chef or other back of house (BOH) experience is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
• Food Handlers certification or willingness to obtain.
