Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute maintenance and repair tasks as outlined in service orders efficiently and in line with dealership and Nissan standards.
  • Diagnose and repair various automotive systems, including performing oil changes and fluid flushes.
  • Provide accurate labor and time estimates for additional repair work.
  • Communicate mechanical diagnoses and necessary repairs clearly to service advisors and customers in an understandable manner.
  • Engage in continuous learning through formal training sessions to keep up with evolving automotive technologies.
  • Conduct inspections and tests on new vehicles, documenting findings for necessary repairs.

Qualifications:

  • Vocational or Technical Degree preferred.
  • Recent graduates from Technician Programs are encouraged to apply and will be considered in lieu of experience.
  • ASE Certifications are preferred.
  • Must possess a Class C - Regular License.
  • No specific endorsements required.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience in an automotive production setting is essential.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
  • A commitment to long-term employment is desired.
  • Candidates should demonstrate personal and professional integrity.
  • All applicants must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests.
