About the Role

Premiere Behavioral Supports LLC is a leading provider of in-home supportive services for individuals with developmental disorders. We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor In-Home Support Staff in community-based and home settings
  • Develop and implement behavior plans for clients in the in-home setting
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team and participate in regular supervisory and team meetings
  • Attend weekly supervisory and clinical meetings with other Developmental Specialists and administration
Requirements
  • Board-certified behavior analyst, master's or doctoral level, or a person licensed under Chapter 490 or 491, F.S.
  • At least three years of experience in the application of applied behavior analysis procedures to persons with exceptional needs
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
  • Supervisory experience preferred but not required
  • Strong creative problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Personable, motivated, creative, dependable, and ready to accomplish day-to-day challenges
  • A valid driver's license (under 5 points)
