Job Responsibilities
This Deputy Design Build Manager role supports our exciting projects in the Pacific Northwest, overseeing the design of large-scale complex projects with an emphasis on design-build delivery. Key responsibilities include leading the project team, supervising and leading the project plan, tracking budgets and schedules, developing key client relationships, providing technical expertise, ensuring quality control, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed, you'll need a Bachelor's degree + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency. A Professional Engineer license and ability to obtain Washington PE within twelve months are preferred. Experience delivering design build projects with WSDOT on large complex highway projects, managing a large team in a fast-paced environment, and developing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and local connections with state agencies are also required.
