Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our clients.

  • Developing and implementing tailored behavior management plans to promote healthy coping mechanisms and resilience.

  • Identifying early warning signs of distress and responding promptly to de-escalate situations.

  • Maintaining thorough and accurate records of client progress, incident reports, and daily activities.

  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, including therapists, nurses, and family members, to deliver comprehensive care.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary of $16.50 - $20.18 per hour, plus additional incentives for shift differential, relevant experience, and educational credentials. You will be required to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and must successfully complete a two-week new hire orientation class.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), DSP, Direct Care, Behavior Technician experience working with IDD, Mental Health, and/or dually diagnosed populations preferred.

You must also pass pre-employment medical screenings, hold a valid driver's license, and drive a car and passenger van for business purposes.
