About the Role:
As a Respiratory Therapist at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care services to patients in various clinical settings. Your primary duties will include administering therapeutic gases, aerosol therapy, and ventilation management under the direction of a physician.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform arterial blood gas analysis and ventilator management for critically ill patients.
• Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans for patients, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.

What We Offer:
• Salary range: $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
• A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and tuition assistance.
