Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site support to clients with operational and technical issues related to end-user computing equipment
  • Resolve incidents and problems associated with EUC equipment, including troubleshooting and repair
  • Perform reactive troubleshooting to identify potential incidents or problems and take proactive measures to prevent them
  • Support clients in connecting to the corporate network and assist with accessing LAN, print, and file services
  • Provide repair and maintenance for mobile devices and install, upgrade, and repair EUC equipment
  • Provide software break/fix services and replacement of non-warranty assets for end users
  • Configure and support end users on mobile computing platforms and provide VIP support for equipment
  • Utilize problem management database and systems to track and report on customer calls and requests
  • Communicate technical information to technical and non-technical team members and clients
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills and experience with end-user computing equipment and networking
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
