Clinical Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Director to join our team at Montrose Behavioral Health Hospital - Adult Campus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and directing behavioral health treatment programs that ensure quality care to patients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement program goals, objectives, personnel, resources, and equipment to ensure effective and efficient department operation.
- Provide direction and oversight to staff members, including hiring, development, training, performance management, and communication.
- Serve as a member of the facility leadership team and provide clinical consultation, oversight of case planning, and care coordination.
- Responsible for a limited caseload as needed and ensure that services are focused on the patients' presenting treatment needs and requests for service.
- Direct crisis intervention efforts and intervene as required, ensuring that operations conform to established environmental, safety, and infection control requirements.
- Master's degree in Behavioral or Mental Health or a closely related field required.
- Four or more years' experience working with the population of the facility required.
- Two or more years of previous supervisory experience required.
- Licensed counselor/social worker/psychologist preferred or as required by the state and for the area of clinical expertise.
