As an Independent Optometrist leasing space in Walmart stores, you will play a leading role in patient care, focusing on eye and vision care, as well as general health and well-being. You will have the autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule, while keeping 100% of exam/professional fees.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality eye and vision care to patients
- Establish and manage your own practice, including scheduling and fee setting
- Have access to equipment and instrumentation for a fair market value
- Option to receive administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services (if state allows)
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license
- Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school (optional)
- Valid state ophthalmology license (optional)
- General Liability Certificate
- Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
- W-9
