Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, working in various environments and conditions.
- Respond to 911 calls inside the community and administer appropriate medical care.
- Begin Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) patient care based on medical protocols.
- Gather patient information and begin treatment based on signs and symptoms and data collected on scene.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- Must possess, or be able to obtain, a Florida D License required for unarmed security personnel.
- Must possess, or be able to obtain, a Florida G License required for armed security personnel.
- Valid Florida Driver's License.
- State of Florida Paramedic Certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) American Heart Association Certification.
- Must have completed, or be able to complete post-offer, an EVOC 16 Hour Course (Emergency Vehicle Operations Course).
