Job Title: Senior-Level Integration Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior-Level Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team at Peraton. As a key member of our Enterprise Engineering & Architecture Integration and Modernization Division, you will play a critical role in driving cross-Agency GEOINT ground modernization to advance Mission capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and provide technical leadership to end-to-end analysis and coordination of enterprise impacts resulting from GEOINT ground modernization activities with multi-Agency touchpoints.
  • Develop Enterprise Engineering Artifacts in support of Joint Agency Mission / Ground Modernization Activities, including Architecture Views, Requirements, Epics, Roadmaps, and CONOPS.
  • Assess Joint Agency Requests for Change (RFCs) to identify NGA enterprise baseline impacts and lead multidisciplinary impact analysis that highlights impact to NGA from Mission Partner ground modernization activities.
  • Work with GEOINT Users to understand and quantify mission impacts from joint Agency GEOINT architecture ground modernization activities and develop Mission Use Cases, CONOPS alternatives, and Requirements to satisfy capability gaps.
  • Provide technical oversight, joint risk management, and continuous enterprise reporting as solutions are implemented.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program.
  • 14+ years technical experience required with 12 years as a Systems Integrator will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Expert system integration working experience in government integrating large complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture/Cloud environments.
  • TS/SCI with ability to obtain a poly.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Documented Senior-level work experience and demonstrated knowledge in the field of geospatial intelligence.
  • Familiarity with the GEOINT TCPED cycle and systems/services that comprise TCPED.
  • Experience throughout the Systems Engineering lifecycle (Architecture, Requirements, CONOPS, Design, Integration, Test, O&M, Decommission).
  • Project/Task leadership and strong analytic background performing Analysis of Alternatives and various technical engineering assessments.
