- **Implement Care Plans:** Implement care plans through the administration of medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- **Evaluate Patient Progress:** Continuously evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- **Communicate Effectively:** Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- **Provide Education:** Provide education to patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- **Participate in Quality Improvement:** Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- **Licensure:** Current RN licensure in the state of Mississippi.
- **Certification:** BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
