Job Summary

As an HVAC Field Supervisor with Service Experts, you will be responsible for supervising technicians and helpers who install, maintain, and service commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. You will oversee daily work, ensure adequate staffing to meet customer needs, and assist technicians with unusual or difficult assignments. You will also train and coach employees, ensure safety rules and practices are followed, and conduct quality-control checks on completed work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technicians and helpers to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance technical skills and customer service.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement business strategies and goals.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, inventory management, and material requisitioning.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in HVAC, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
