About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Analyst to lead the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs for Dover Food Retail. This role will partner with the Dover Compensation Center of Excellence to develop and implement a compensation strategy that meets the company's objectives and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a compensation strategy, philosophy, and infrastructure in partnership with the HR Leadership Team
  • Build and maintain easy-to-use systems and processes to enable fast and accurate delivery of compensation solutions
  • Provide flawless end-to-end execution of compensation processes to support business objectives
  • Partner with HR professionals and leaders across the organization on critical business decisions
  • Serve as a liaison between Dover Food Retail and Dover on compensation plans and programs
  • Conduct data audits to optimize business processes and ensure internal equity
  • Lead the annual merit process for Dover Food Retail, including off-cycle adjustments and incentive calculations
Requirements
  • 7 or more years of professional business experience
  • 5 or more years of experience in Compensation, Finance, or Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification
  • Experience providing compensation support in a production/manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Basic planning and project management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
