Job Summary:

As a key member of our team at RA Sushi, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while preparing and serving beverages with precision and flair. Your expertise in mixology will be showcased as you craft cocktails and other drinks to perfection, while also offering and serving food items to guests. You will be the face of our establishment, maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized bar area while providing top-notch service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Follow standard recipes and mix ingredients to create signature cocktails and other drinks.
• Offer and serve food items to guests, collecting payment for drinks served.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with guests and dealing with guest complaints.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor during stressful and/or busy times.
• Must be certified in Responsible Alcohol Service by applicable agency.
• Ability to walk, sit, and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be 21 years of age or older, or in accordance with state law.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Must be able to work overtime as required.
