Job Description

Noble is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Cognitive Behavioral Coach to join our team. As a remote coach, you will work closely with clients to help them overcome mental health challenges and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct bi-weekly coaching calls with clients, reviewing their progress and providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement personalized coaching plans to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical content and best practices in cognitive behavioral coaching.
  • Collaborate with the coaching team to ensure seamless client support and communication.
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • College degree or professional certification in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology, including Google Chat and ClickUp.
