Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day and Night Shifts (15% Night Differential)

Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience

Position Overview: This role is available for local candidates and travelers. We also have opportunities in various states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply electromechanical expertise to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Install original equipment from LAM.
  • Engage in site safety initiatives to foster a zero-hazard workplace.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
  • Exhibit proficiency in interpreting detailed electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
  • Comply with all site fabrication protocol requirements.
  • Utilize test equipment, including various meters and hand tools.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Follow directions from supervisors and complete additional tasks as assigned.
  • Demonstrate a positive demeanor, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to learn and excel.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and electrical diagrams.
  • Possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge in mechanics and electronics.
  • Willingness to acquire new practical skills and adapt to a cleanroom environment.
  • Ability to utilize hand tools, meters, and read/interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Previous experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
  • AS/BS degree or equivalent military experience.
  • Comfortable with potential travel for extended periods when necessary.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% or occasionally overnight for training and customer engagements.
