Culinary Specialist

The Line Cook is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. We are seeking a skilled and efficient Line Cook to join our team at Legends, a leading agency specializing in delivering solutions for legendary brands.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food items to the highest standards, adhering to portion sizes, quality standards, and departmental rules.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation standards and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Kitchen Supervisors to ensure seamless opening and closing procedures.
- Participate as a team player, contributing to the preparation, service, and delivery of exceptional dining experiences.
- Adhere to company guidelines for appearance and uniform standards.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Professional training through a culinary education or experience in a fast-paced high-volume fine dining restaurant or catering facility.
- Ability to interact with colleagues to ensure compliance with company service standards.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team-oriented setting.
- Ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
- Ability to work all Prudential Center events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training preferred.
- Three years of experience working in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant.
