Job Summary:

Tucanos Brazilian Grill is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant concept that values teamwork and individual achievement. As a Dishwasher at Tucanos, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness in our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure a proper supply of clean dishware, utensils, and glassware for the dining room

Clean all cooking utensils, pots, and pans for the kitchen staff

Assist in maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness and organization

Work with a team to ensure all items are stocked throughout the shift

Complete all side work, including sweeping, mopping, removing trash, and performing other housekeeping or kitchen prep tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Outstanding attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
