Bowl Attendant Job Description

At Main Event Entertainment, we're looking for a high-energy, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bowl Attendant. As a key member of our staff, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional bowling experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and engaging with guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere
  • Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes, maintaining shoe organization
  • Escorting guests to their lane and assisting with lane setup and ball selection
  • Processing payment transactions and welcoming guests back
  • Maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and/or lanes
Requirements:
  • Guest-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
