As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to children with autism and their families. We are passionate about helping children reach their full potential and are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment.
As a Behavior Technician, you will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
We are looking for candidates who are patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team environment. You will need to be comfortable standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and at times carrying children or objects that weigh up to 50 pounds.
