About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Lead to join our team at Schylling, a leading toy design company. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the design of new products from concept to production.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative product designs that meet our brand's high standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer preferences.
• Work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure efficient production processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Toy Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in product design, preferably in the toy or children's products industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in design software such as Sketchbook Pro and Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a business-oriented mindset.
