Contract Details:
- Duration: 6-month engagement
- Shift: 12-hour shifts
Schedule:
- 7 AM to 7 PM
- Monday to Friday availability, with the potential for up to 40 hours per week
- Flexible booking from June to December
Workload Expectations:
- Monthly Coverage: 40 hours per week
- Patient Interaction: 3 to 5 patients daily
- Patient Demographic: Adults aged 18 and older
Department Overview:
The department focuses on standard anesthesia cases. While primarily assigned to a specific location, CRNAs may be required to assist at various community sites.
Technology Utilized:
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC (mandatory in-person training on Tuesdays from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM)
Special Procedures:
- No trauma cases involved
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in IV sedation, General Anesthesia, and Regional Anesthesia
- Call duty is optional and can be arranged upon request
Practice Environment:
- Hospital setting
Qualifications:
- Board Certification: Required
- State License: South Carolina
- Certifications: BLS
- Minimum Experience: 2 years in the field with a clean malpractice history
