- Drive Results: Display passion, commitment, and a drive to deliver an experience that improves our members' financial lives by explaining and cross-selling all PenFed loan and share products as appropriate.
- Stay Adaptable: Demonstrate initiative and a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to adapt to changing demands and requirements.
- Support Members: Assist members through the loan process, including inputting loan applications, reviewing terms and conditions, and disbursement.
- Stay Informed: Remain knowledgeable of the competitive landscape within the financial services industry.
- Organize and Prioritize: Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize.
- Provide Support: Provide assistance performing cash transactions when necessary to meet member needs and deliver best-in-class member experience.
- Support Branch Operations: Provide support to other branches, including working weekends and/or extended hours as required to operate the business.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Maintain a high level of proficiency in operating all internal PenFed systems or platforms to support the needs of members and the business.
- Support Additional Initiatives: Support additional PenFed initiatives to support the needs of members and the business.
- Notary Services: If Notary Public, will be responsible for providing members with Notary Services while adhering to all state laws/regulations related to the notarization of documents.
- Phone Support: Provide in-bound call support, where required.
- Education: Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated successful sales experience is required.
- Cash Handling: Minimum of at least six (6) months of cash handling experience.
- Financial Services: Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
- Notary Public: Valid Notary Public, preferred.
- Bilingual: Bilingual, preferred.
- Customer Service: Previous phone-based customer service experience, preferred.
