Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Clinical Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical aspects of our hospice program, ensuring the provision of high-quality care to patients, and managing a team of clinical staff.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our hospice site, including administrative and recordkeeping functions.
  • Oversee the clinical and administrative aspects of our hospice program, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and managed care principles.
  • Respond to phone referrals and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in on-call nursing schedule and provide direct skilled bedside nursing care in patients' homes.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
  • Three years' experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting required.
  • Minimum one year of management/supervisory experience required.
  • Two or more years' experience in hospice or home care required.
  • Current license to practice nursing in the state of requested employment.
