Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our ambulatory care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and medication management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, compound, and dispense medications to patients according to established protocols and regulations.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
  • Conduct medication therapy reviews and provide recommendations for optimization and safety.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Eligibility for licensure to practice pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Completion of 20 continuing education credits per year to maintain licensure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of the patient care team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacotherapy and medication management principles.
