At Anytime Fitness, we're on a mission to make healthy happen in our community. As a premier fitness center, we're seeking a highly motivated Personal Trainer to help our members achieve their health and fitness goals.

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. As a member of our team, you'll have access to state-of-the-art equipment and ongoing education credits to stay up-to-date with the latest training methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial fitness consultations with new members to set personalized goals and develop a customized training plan
  • Deliver one-on-one training sessions to motivate and educate members on proper exercise techniques and nutrition strategies
  • Track and monitor member progress, providing regular feedback and adjustments to their training plans as needed
  • Solicit existing and new members for free fitness consultations to drive business growth and retention

Requirements:

  • Current CPR, AED, and nationally recognized personal training certification(s)
  • Previous experience as a Personal Trainer in a fitness facility or private training environment
  • Superior communication skills and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Desire to continually learn new principles in the areas of training, overall fitness, health, and nutrition
