Job Description

Viva Margarita is a full service multi-unit Mexican Restaurant company and Tequileria serving traditional, from-scratch Mexican food and more than 100 Tequilas and Mezcals.

We offer a competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our restaurants are located in Edgewater, Hackensack and Cliffside Park NJ.

We seek a Restaurant Manager to lead our teams and manage our restaurants. The ideal candidate will be able to think on their feet, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable with multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve efficiency
