Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at The Mice Groups, Inc. in Massillon, OH.

This is a full-time employee hybrid position with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.

The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that schedules and budgets are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed electrical engineering CAD drawings and specifications related to power supply infrastructure for mining data centers.
  • Assist procurement to specify electrical equipment, including transformers, switches, distribution panels, PDUs, cabling, cable trays, and other electrical equipment.
  • Provide electrical engineering recommendations and technical support on electrical engineering design, scope of work, equipment procurement, and cost estimation.
  • Assist with cost allocation, budgeting, resource planning, scheduling, and project management.
  • Establish technical standards in reviews, documentations, and designs.
  • During the construction process, ensure all equipment matches requirements and follows design, and all electrical equipment, cables, and installations meet standards.
  • Lead on-site electrical safety maintenance, including regular safety checking for all electrical equipment and power supply infrastructure.
  • Provide electrical technical support to new site development.
  • Power system modeling, analysis, and design.
  • Experience in the design of power systems for medium and high voltage distribution.
  • Design of grounding and lightning protection systems.
  • Comply with local, state, and federal regulations to uphold the company's reputation.
  • Communicate engineering information across teams and departments to facilitate successful completion of large-scale projects.
  • Troubleshoot to solve unforeseen problems.
  • Work and liaise with internal key stakeholders in the US and Asia.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with Power Systems emphasis.
  • Professional Engineer certification beneficial but not mandatory.
  • 10 years of experience in electrical engineering or project management.
  • 3 to 8 years of verifiable professional design experience with medium and high voltage power systems and distribution.
  • Substation design experience desired.
  • Knowledge of power distribution equipment, including transformers, switches, power quality, harmonic analysis, short circuit, and arc flash analysis.
  • Fluency with MS Office suite, AutoCAD, and power system modeling software.
  • Works well with teams and other design professionals.
  • Sensitive to time, costs, and deadlines.
  • Capacity to analyze a problem from multiple perspectives and explore creative solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel to various locations.
