JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform repairs related to painting, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.
  • Assist in the preventative maintenance of hotel facilities.
  • Be prepared for emergencies and act in an engineering capacity to safeguard our guests and staff while maintaining the integrity of the building and its systems during such events.
  • Accurately read, log, track, and interpret data from meters, gauges, and other measuring devices, maintaining a detailed log of daily activities and issues encountered.
  • Ensure cleanliness in all engineering areas as directed by management, working in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while managing projects under pressure.
  • Be capable of standing and walking for a minimum of an 8-hour shift, with the ability to lift/move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
