Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at LC Staffing. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

• Site Preparation: Clear and prepare construction sites by removing debris, setting up equipment and materials.
• Tool Operation: Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Safety Protocols: Follow all safety protocols while using equipment and while on the work site.
• Work Site Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the work site, including removal of waste and debris.
• Tool Storage: Ensure tools and equipment are stored properly after use.
• Safety Guidelines: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

• Competitive Compensation: Starting wage: $18/hour.
• Flexible Schedule: Schedule: 4 – 10's, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Opportunities for Advancement: Potential to be part of an apprenticeship program.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred, but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a construction environment.
• Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Strong Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to take on various tasks as needed.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., stand for long periods of time, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid Driver's License: Valid Driver's License.
• Criminal Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
