Position Title: Technical Recruiter (Part-time)

Work Hours: Part-time (flexible between 20 to 40 hours)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Technical Recruiter & HR Business Partner to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a keen eye for talent, a proactive sourcing strategy, and the capability to cultivate strong relationships with both candidates and internal teams. This role will encompass recruitment duties as well as providing strategic HR insights to align with our organizational objectives and promote a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active Talent Sourcing: Employ various platforms and networking opportunities to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Initial Candidate Assessments: Conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and compatibility.
  • Technical Evaluations: Administer and assess coding tests to determine candidates' technical competencies.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with hiring managers and senior executives to identify talent requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies.
  • HR Support: Offer HR guidance to managers throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.
  • Feedback Implementation: Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Onboarding Reviews: Facilitate 30/60/90 day onboarding evaluations for new employees.
  • Compensation Benchmarking: Serve as an expert in compensation analysis and benchmarking.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within the software or robotics sectors.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through various channels.
  • Strong grasp of technical roles and the ability to evaluate technical skills effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with programming languages and technical assessment methodologies.
  • Experience in an HR business partner capacity or similar role.
