The Senior Documentation Specialist plays a crucial role in creating and maintaining comprehensive systems, programming, and operational documentation, including user guides and reference materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an up-to-date internal documentation repository.
- Develop and manage systems, programming, and operational documentation, including user manuals.
- Provide or coordinate specialized documentation services as needed.
- May serve as project lead for significant documentation projects.
Qualifications
- Master of Arts/Science with over 10 years of relevant experience.
- TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven ability to excel in all phases of documentation processes.
