Key Responsibilities
  • Beneficiary Education and Enrollment: Provide education and enrollment services to beneficiaries, ensuring they have access to the healthcare services they need.
  • Benefits Verification and Processing: Verify benefits eligibility and process enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers using the Defense Online Enrollment System and other relevant systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to beneficiaries, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication and Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the beneficiary population and the Defense Health Agency, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: Three years of cumulative experience in the U.S. military healthcare delivery system or civilian managed care medical/administrative environment.
  • Certifications and Clearances: ADP IT III clearance/Non-Sensitive Position, Tier 1 security clearance investigation required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English required; proficiency in written and oral communications preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 or later applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
