This position offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, ranging from urban development to transportation infrastructure. Responsibilities and Requirements
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, fellow engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all designs meet local, state, and federal regulations and adhere to company quality standards.

Benefits and Compensation
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $95,000 to $145,000 per year. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, accidental death & dismemberment, and term life insurance. Additionally, Becker Morgan contributes 50% of elected deferral to 6% of the employee's salary. Paid parking, three weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, performance bonuses, flexible schedule, and professional & educational allowances are also provided.
