At Lake Port Square, we offer a unique opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Assisted Living team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and delegate and supervise the care provided by our Certified Nursing Assistants.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and promoting an independent lifestyle
  • Identifying resident medical and behavioral changes and developing and monitoring care plans
  • Providing daily reports to the Director of Clinical Services and ensuring preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services to residents

Requirements include:

  • Current LPN license valid in the State of Florida
  • Current CPR Certification
  • IV Certification
  • Willingness to be available for emergencies
