Key Responsibilities:
- Develop specifications for die designs related to new product initiatives.
- Implement enhancements to improve die quality in production.

- Manage project timelines for product launches, design reviews, and modifications.

- Supervise and mentor junior engineers, technicians, and support staff.

Nature & Scope:
- Engage in knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
- Work closely with fabrication, production, and design engineering teams to support HVAC-related products.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following areas: molding, finishing, tooling, fabrication/stamping of metals, assembly processes, or product engineering support.
- Familiarity with HVAC industry specifications and standards is highly preferred.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies, including Kaizen, value stream mapping, and time studies.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing documentation such as PFMEAs, PCPs, PFDs, and engineering change processes.
- Proficient in software tools including MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and project management applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and compliance-oriented skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for all organizational levels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
- At least 6 years of experience in product design within an HVAC assembly environment is preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
- Six Sigma certification is preferred.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Must be capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
