Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team at ResourceMFG in Lordstown, OH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient work environment while maintaining high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Record data, create setup sheets, and maintain change logs to track production progress.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain productivity and efficiency.
  • Understand and implement processing procedures for different grades of plastics to produce high-quality parts.
  • Assist with sampling new molds and materials, and perform color changes and material changes efficiently.
  • Conduct first-piece inspections of finished parts after a changeover to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use production monitoring software.
