About the Role

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team at Drucker & Falk LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for leasing all apartments, supporting office personnel, and providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus a $500 signing bonus after 90 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and lease apartments at the highest effective rent level possible.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents and potential residents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to resident requests promptly and courteously.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, leasing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
