  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate power electronics systems into overall product designs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Conduct detailed simulations and analyses of power electronics systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee the testing and validation of power electronics systems, ensuring they meet all required specifications and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise during the design, development, and testing stages.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in power electronics technology, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in power electronics design and development.
  • Proven experience leading a team of engineers in the successful completion of projects.
  • Strong knowledge of power electronics systems, including their design, development, and testing.
  • Proficiency in using Altium or similar electronics design software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex power electronics issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure.
