- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise during the design, development, and testing stages.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in power electronics technology, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in power electronics design and development.
- Proven experience leading a team of engineers in the successful completion of projects.
- Strong knowledge of power electronics systems, including their design, development, and testing.
- Proficiency in using Altium or similar electronics design software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex power electronics issues.
